As a new school year begins, we invite you to start it surrounded by prayer and encouragement.

Join us during worship on Sunday, August 9 at 10AM, for our annual Blessing of the Bookbags. Whether you're heading to preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, college, homeschooling, or teaching in the classroom, we would love to pray for you as you begin a new year.

Bring your:

  • Backpack
  • Lunchbox
  • Teacher bag
  • Laptop bag
  • Work bag
  • Anything that represents your daily work or learning

During the service, we'll offer a special blessing for students, teachers, school staff, administrators, homeschool families, college students, and everyone beginning a new season of learning and service.

This special blessing is a reminder that you are never alone and that God is with you throughout the year ahead.

We hope you'll join us as we pray for a year filled with wisdom, growth, courage, kindness, and God's peace.
